We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and disciplined candidate who can support daily kitchen operations and maintain consistent food quality and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Honest, responsible, and disciplined.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained.
• Prepare ingredients and assist with daily kitchen preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Monitor and properly store ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other kitchen duties as required.
