Junior sous chef

Galaxy Sport Bar Seminyak is looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Sous Chef to support kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality culinary experiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position
• Good leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage kitchen operations effectively
• Strong teamwork, honesty, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
• Able to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily kitchen operations and service flow
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
• Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen staff and task delegation
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Train and guide junior kitchen team members when required
• Help ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations during service
