Paddy’s Glamping Munggu is looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Good appearance and professional grooming
• Positive attitude and good behavior
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related housekeeping position
• Able to communicate in English
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work well in a team

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the property’s cleanliness and quality standards
• Inspect rooms and facilities before guest arrival
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain excellent performance
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and report inventory requirements
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
