Dijiwa Sanctuaries is seeking an experienced and visionary Operational Manager / Resort Manager to join the Pre-Opening Team of Alta Sila Sidemen.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Solid understanding of hotel and resort operations, budgeting, and business performance
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and building high-performing teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all daily resort operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service standards
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest levels of hospitality and operational excellence
- Monitor departmental performance, budgets, and operational costs to achieve financial targets
- Coordinate closely with department heads to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hospitality standards
- Support all pre-opening activities, including operational planning, team preparation, and service implementation
- Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
