Mamasan Bali is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Waitress to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as a Waitress or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to excellence and maintaining high service standards
- Positive attitude, responsible, and a strong team player
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional food and beverage service
- Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when appropriate
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns professionally
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Prepare and maintain table settings before, during, and after service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in accordance with company standards
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service procedures to deliver an exceptional dining experience
