Cocomo Canggu is looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Canggu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same position
• Good English communication skills and customer service mindset
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to lead a kitchen section
• Fast learner with strong adaptability skills
• Excellent multitasking abilities and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
• Manage and supervise the assigned kitchen section to ensure efficient daily operations
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation for every dish served
• Monitor ingredient quality, stock levels, and minimize food waste
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with company policies
• Assist in training and supporting junior kitchen staff to improve performance and teamwork
• Coordinate with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service operations
• Contribute ideas for menu development and continuous improvement of kitchen operations
