Arcadia Restaurant is looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the same position
• Experience in a fine dining restaurant is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
• Fast learner with strong adaptability skills
• Excellent multitasking abilities and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and supervising the culinary team
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation according to restaurant standards
• Lead and support kitchen staff during food preparation and service periods
• Monitor food quality, inventory levels, and kitchen efficiency while minimizing waste
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation at all times
• Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen team members to improve performance and teamwork
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
• Contribute to menu development, recipe improvements, and continuous operational enhancement
