KOI Thé is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Tea Barista in the Semarang area.

Available placements:

• Queen City Mall
• Pollux Mall Paragon

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree
• Aged between 20–28 years old
• Available to work flexible shifts (6 working days per week, including weekends and public holidays)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to KOI Thé quality standards
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, equipment, and workstations
• Ensure daily operations are carried out in accordance with company SOPs
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational and service excellence
