Brie Restaurant & Cheesery is looking for a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie / Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Basic English communication skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards
• Available to join as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
• Support daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times
• Assist in monitoring kitchen inventory and reporting stock requirements
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver excellent service and guest satisfaction
• Follow company SOPs and contribute to a positive and productive working environment
