The Korowai Bali is looking for a dedicated Front Office professional to join our team in Pecatu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office staff or in a similar position
• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong administrative and reservation management skills

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide professional check-in and check-out services
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation data
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Perform daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth Front Office operations
• Follow company SOPs and hospitality service standards
