Latteria Gelato is looking for a Scooper to join our team!

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position
• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve gelato according to company standards
• Welcome and assist customers with friendly and professional service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gelato display, equipment, and work area
• Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Refill products and ensure the display is always attractive and well-stocked
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times
• Support daily outlet operations and work closely with the team to provide an outstanding customer experience
