Umalas Suites is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Umalas.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or Housekeeping Supervisor level in Hotel/Villa.
• Able to speak English well (oral and written).
• Understand cleanliness and maintenance standards for rooms or public areas.
• Have the skills to solve problems and take preventive measures.
• Good communication skills and can work in a team.
• Able to lead, manage, and motivate teams.
• Adaptable, enjoy challenges and high initiative person.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, manage, and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve departmental standards
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory to support daily operations
• Address guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally
• Identify potential operational issues and take preventive measures to maintain service quality
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure rooms are prepared according to operational requirements
• Train and guide team members to maintain consistent housekeeping and service standards
