Townsquare Group is looking for a Cost Control professional to join our team in Seminyak.
Townsquare Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support its growing operations in Bali. The ideal candidate has experience in cost control, good numerical skills, and the ability to monitor operational costs accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Cost Control, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Basic knowledge of budgeting, inventory, and cost management
- Able to monitor and control operational costs
- Good with numbers and possesses basic computer skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control daily operational costs to support efficient financial management
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and operational expenses
- Assist in preparing cost control reports and related financial documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and reconciliation
- Review operational expenses and identify discrepancies or potential cost issues
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding purchasing, receiving, inventory, and cost-related matters
- Ensure cost control procedures and company standards are followed consistently
- Provide accurate cost-related information and reports to support management decisions
