Purchasing supervisor
Townsquare Group is looking for a Purchasing Supervisor to join our team in Seminyak.
Townsquare Group is seeking a responsible and proactive purchasing professional to support its growing hospitality operations in Bali. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of purchasing and supplier management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in purchasing
- Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is preferred
- Good knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management
- Able to negotiate prices and manage purchase orders effectively
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
- Honest, responsible, and proactive
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily purchasing activities to ensure operational requirements are met
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, availability, and service
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Prepare, manage, and monitor purchase orders accurately
- Coordinate with suppliers and relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor purchasing records, product availability, and order status
- Maintain good working relationships with suppliers and address purchasing-related issues promptly
- Ensure purchasing activities follow company procedures and support cost-effective operations
