Townsquare Group is looking for a Customer Service professional to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle inquiries through multiple channels, including WhatsApp, telephone, email, and website
• Skilled in conducting apartment showings and facility tours and explaining property details clearly to prospective tenants
• Experienced in handling administrative tasks, including rental and utility payments, coordination with the Finance Department, and maintaining lease documentation
• Familiar with tenant handling procedures, including lease contract management, check-in/check-out processes, and data entry in the VHP system

Responsibilities:

• Respond to tenant inquiries through WhatsApp, telephone, email, and website and provide detailed information about the property and services
• Forward potential tenant leads to the Sales Department for appropriate follow-up
• Conduct apartment showings and facility tours for prospective tenants, explaining key features, benefits, lease terms, and expectations clearly
• Manage monthly rental payments and utility charges while coordinating with the Finance Department to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and proper records
• Oversee tenant signing processes and manage lease contracts and related documentation
• Record and maintain rental information in the VHP system, including tenant details and check-in/check-out dates
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security during tenant check-in and check-out to ensure apartments are properly prepared
