Coordinator venue and restaurant

Mango Lango Lake is looking for a Coordinator Venue and Restaurant to join our team in Gianyar.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Experience in the same field as an Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager, or similar position
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
• Good communication, negotiation, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of budget control, operational reporting, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
• Placement in Gianyar

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily venue and restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, supervise, and manage team members to maintain operational and service standards
• Monitor daily operations and address issues promptly and effectively
• Support budget control and monitor operational expenses
• Prepare and maintain operational reports as required
• Monitor the use of POS systems and ensure operational data is recorded accurately
• Coordinate with relevant departments and team members to ensure effective communication and workflow
• Assist in implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and guest satisfaction
