Mauri Restaurant is looking for a Purchasing professional to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of food ingredient sourcing, supplier management, and cost control
• Good negotiation skills with a strong focus on product quality and consistency
• Familiar with purchasing systems and basic Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English
• Able to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily purchasing activities to ensure the availability of required food ingredients and supplies
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on product quality, consistency, availability, and cost
• Negotiate prices and purchasing terms with suppliers to support cost control
• Process purchase orders and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Monitor product quality and coordinate with suppliers regarding any discrepancies or issues
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation using relevant systems and Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and other departments to understand purchasing requirements
• Monitor purchasing costs and support efficient inventory and supply management
