RHEA Hotels & Villas is looking for a Butler to join our team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Butler position
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong character and professional understanding of Butler service concepts
• Very flexible with working hours
• Physically fit and customer-service oriented
• Driver’s license is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and attentive Butler service to guests throughout their stay
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and preferences
• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless guest services and experiences
• Assist with guest arrangements, special requests, and personalized services
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service quality
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle guest concerns professionally and work toward prompt and appropriate solutions
