Villa Kawi is looking for a Butler to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Hospitality background, preferably with villa-style service experience
• Good command of English
• Professional, friendly, and service-oriented
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Passionate and dedicated to providing excellent guest service

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and attentive butler service to villa guests
• Welcome guests and assist with their needs throughout their stay
• Anticipate guest preferences and provide thoughtful, detail-oriented service
• Assist with daily villa operations and ensure guest requests are handled promptly
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
• Communicate professionally with guests and coordinate with other team members
• Support smooth operations between Villa Kawi and Villa Akasha as required
• Maintain a warm, professional, and service-oriented environment at all times

Work location:

• Mainly based at Villa Kawi, Kerobokan, Br. Gadon
• Assigned to Villa Akasha when Villa Kawi has no guests
