Umalas Suites is looking for a Housekeeping Staff member to join our team in Umalas.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or level in Hotel/Villa.
• Able to speak English well (oral and written).
• Understand cleanliness and maintenance standards for rooms or public areas.
• Good communication skills and can work in a team.
• Adaptable, enjoy challenges and high initiative person.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to established standards
• Ensure rooms are properly prepared and presented for guests
• Replenish guest amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies as required
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout assigned areas
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the relevant department
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth daily operations
• Respond promptly to guest requests and contribute to a positive guest experience
