Adi Dharma Hotel Legian is looking for an IT Officer to join our team in Legian, Kuta.

Qualifications:

• Physically fit, mentally strong and spiritually inspired
• Diploma or higher education with major study in IT
• Understanding basic networking, and hardware / software troubleshooting
• General Knowledge of Canva
• Experience in same position minimum 1 years
• Well groomed with nice attitude
• Hard working, discipline and responsible

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to hotel departments and staff
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and networking issues
• Monitor and maintain computer equipment and IT systems
• Assist with network connectivity and basic infrastructure maintenance
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware as required
• Respond promptly to IT-related requests and technical issues
• Assist staff with basic technical support and system usage
• Maintain proper records of IT equipment, issues, and maintenance activities
• Support the hotel team with basic Canva-related needs when required
• Ensure IT systems operate effectively to support smooth hotel operations
