Gaia Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Commis Chef to join our team in Sanur.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
• Experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or hospitality environment is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Able to follow recipes, instructions, and kitchen SOPs accurately
• Good understanding of food hygiene and sanitation
• Able to maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Willing to learn and develop culinary skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Preferably already residing in Bali
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily food preparation according to recipes and kitchen standards
• Follow instructions and SOPs to ensure consistent food quality
• Support Chefs and kitchen team members during preparation and service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen equipment
• Store ingredients properly and assist with inventory organization
• Follow food hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Continuously learn and develop culinary skills through daily kitchen operations
