Gaia Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Hostess to join our team in Sanur.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or upscale hospitality environment
• Good command of spoken English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, welcoming, and outgoing personality
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance
• Strong customer service orientation
• Able to handle guest reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Preferably already residing in Bali
• Available to start immediately

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and table assignments
• Provide accurate information and respond to guest inquiries
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and table turnover
• Escort guests to their tables and assist with special requests when needed
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
• Handle guest concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant team for solutions
• Support the team in delivering a smooth and memorable guest experience
