Banquet supervisor / manager

Gaia Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Banquet Supervisor / Manager to join our team in Sanur.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet, event, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality operations
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience is required
• Strong knowledge of banquet and event operations, including setup, service, breakdown, and guest management
• Able to coordinate and supervise banquet staff effectively
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling corporate events, private functions, weddings, and other large-scale events is an advantage
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Professional appearance and strong guest-service orientation
• Must possess a valid SIM A driving license
• Must be able to drive a car confidently and safely
• Willing to travel between outlets or event locations when required
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Preferably already residing in Bali
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Oversee banquet and event operations from setup through service and breakdown
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise banquet staff to ensure smooth event execution
• Ensure event setups, service procedures, and guest requirements are handled according to standards
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and vendors to ensure successful events
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address operational or service issues
• Manage staff assignments and ensure adequate manpower during events
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, hygiene, and professionalism
• Support corporate events, weddings, private functions, and other large-scale events as required
