Gaia Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Catering & Events Chef to join our team in Sanur.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in catering, banquet, event, hotel, or high-volume kitchen operations
• Strong experience handling large-scale events, weddings, corporate functions, private events, and catering operations
• Able to plan food production according to guest numbers and event requirements
• Strong understanding of food preparation, portioning, timing, and presentation
• Able to coordinate effectively with Event/Banquet Managers and service teams
• Experienced in menu planning and production scheduling
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation
• Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and event schedules
• Good English communication skills are an advantage
• Preferably already residing in Bali
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee food preparation and production according to event requirements and guest numbers
• Prepare and execute menus for weddings, corporate functions, private events, and catering services
• Coordinate production schedules, portioning, timing, and food presentation
• Work closely with Event/Banquet Managers and service teams to ensure smooth event operations
• Lead and coordinate the kitchen team during large-scale events and catering operations
• Monitor food quality, consistency, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Ensure food production is completed efficiently and within required deadlines
• Adapt kitchen operations to changing event requirements and guest needs
