Alam Penari Ubud Suites & Villas is looking for a Senior Cook to join our team in Gianyar.

Qualifications:

• Hotel or hospitality-related educational background
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cook
• Good knowledge of F&B production
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated, energetic, and hardworking
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Responsible and committed to maintaining food quality and kitchen standards

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, portion, and presentation
• Assist with daily F&B production and kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Monitor the quality and proper handling of ingredients
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food preparation and service
• Support junior kitchen staff when required
• Maintain an organized and efficient workstation
