Gooseberry Restaurant is looking for a Bar Staff to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Open to male and female candidates
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field
• Good English communication skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Available to work at Labuan Sait, Uluwatu, Bali
• Domiciled in Bali
• Available to join immediately
• Applicants are required to attend an in-person interview; online interviews are not conducted

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established standards
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure proper handling and storage of bar equipment and supplies
• Assist with stock checks and replenishment of beverages
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and service standards
• Support the team during busy service periods
• Maintain a positive and professional guest experience
