FRii Resort Gili Trawangan is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Gili Trawangan.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or educational background in a related field
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with VHP system is an additional advantage
• High attention to detail
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily Housekeeping operations
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained
• Ensure rooms are properly prepared according to hotel standards
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments regarding room status and guest requests
• Train and support housekeeping team members when required
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures are consistently followed
