Guest service officer (GSO) – mandarin speaker

O.Serendipity Kuta is looking for a Guest Service Officer (GSO) – Mandarin Speaker to join our Pre-Opening Team in Kuta.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of SMA/SMK.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Hotel, Guest Service, Front Office, or Customer Service.
• Basic to intermediate Mandarin proficiency; speaking and listening are mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Friendly, professional, confident, and well-groomed appearance.
• Able to handle Mandarin-speaking guests professionally.
• Able to handle guest requests and basic complaints.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to explain hotel facilities and services in Mandarin.
• Computer literate; experience with hotel PMS is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to join immediately is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional approach.
• Provide personalized service to Mandarin-speaking guests.
• Explain hotel facilities, services, and relevant information in Mandarin.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and basic complaints efficiently.
• Assist with guest check-in, check-out, and other Front Office procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain accurate guest information and records using the hotel PMS.
• Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience throughout their stay.
