Madawa Bali is looking for a Waiter/Waitress (DW) to join our team in Benoa, Nusa Dua.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the sequence of service as a waiter.
• Friendly, responsive, polite, and well-groomed appearance.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ready to join immediately is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow the proper sequence of service during guest interactions.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well prepared.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain professional grooming and service standards.
• Support the team during busy service periods.
