Arvo Bali is looking for a Cook Helper / Steward to join our Pre-Opening Team in Seminyak.

Are you passionate about food and creating memorable guest experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and responsible Cook Helper / Steward to support our kitchen operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Honest, responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and POS systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the kitchen team with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Support cooks with ingredient preparation and basic kitchen tasks.
• Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and stewarding areas.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are properly stored and organized.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies when required.
• Support the team during busy service periods.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards at all times.
