Hidden Hills Villas is looking for a Reservation & Operator to join our team in Uluwatu.

Hidden Hills Villas is seeking a professional, communicative, and detail-oriented team member to handle reservations and operator duties. The ideal candidate has strong hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage guest requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservations, Front Office, Operator, or a similar hospitality position.
• Previous experience in a hotel, villa, or resort is preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with PMS/reservation systems; knowledge of VHP, Cloudbeds, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations through phone, email, WhatsApp, website, OTA, and other booking channels.
• Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, special requests, and payments accurately.
• Provide accurate information on villa types, rates, packages, facilities, and policies.
• Monitor villa availability and maintain accurate reservation records.
• Follow up on pending bookings and identify upselling opportunities.
• Handle incoming and internal telephone calls professionally and transfer calls appropriately.
• Receive, record, and follow up on guest requests.
• Coordinate guest requests with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Butler, and other departments.
