HR coordinator

Tropical Group Bali is seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR professional to support its growing hospitality and property management operations. The ideal candidate has solid HR administration experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and operational teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, HR coordination, hospitality HR, or a related position.
• Experience handling operational staff is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of Indonesian employment administration and HR practices.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Based in Bali.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes for operational and support positions.
• Prepare job advertisements and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and staff schedules.
• Coordinate with operational managers regarding staffing requirements.
• Assist with payroll preparation and provide accurate employee data to the finance team.
• Ensure employee documentation is complete and properly maintained.
• Support implementation of company HR policies and SOPs.
• Assist management with employee performance, disciplinary matters, and staff communication.
• Handle day-to-day employee inquiries and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Assist with BPJS, employment administration, and other HR-related requirements.
• Prepare regular HR reports for management.
