ARVO BALI is looking for a Barista/Bartender to join our team in Seminyak, Bali.

ARVO BALI is an exciting new beachside café in Seminyak, focusing on Western-style breakfast, brunch, and lunch. We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly team member with relevant café experience who enjoys working in a positive, team-focused environment across the bar and floor areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Honest, responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and POS systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other drinks according to established standards.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Operate and maintain coffee and bar equipment properly.
• Support smooth daily operations across the bar and floor areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Work closely with the team to ensure a positive guest experience.
