Madawa Bali is looking for a guest service agent

Taman Dharmawangsa Suites / Madawa is seeking a confident, responsible, and service-oriented candidate who enjoys meeting new people and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, communicates well in English, and is committed to delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Responsible and committed to work.
• Possess a great personality and positive attitude.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with new people.
• Confident and passionate about hospitality.
• Based in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.
• Provide attentive service throughout the guest experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and general information.
• Support check-in and check-out procedures as required.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth guest services.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a friendly and professional presence at all times.
• Support daily Front Office operations as assigned.
