We are looking for a disciplined and hardworking professional with strong communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, good organizational abilities, and knowledge of food and beverage service.

• Front Office experience is a plus.
• Good physical health and able to perform the duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Butler team in daily operations.
• Ensure personalized and professional service for villa guests.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Butler team members.
• Assist with guest requests and ensure their needs are handled promptly.
• Coordinate food and beverage service for guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor service quality and provide guidance to the Butler team.
