General Manager

Kini Resort Sumbawa is looking for a general manager

Our two resorts are located just 5 minutes apart and currently feature 17 rooms and villas. With plans to expand the property to 50–70 rooms and villas, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to grow alongside the resort and contribute to its continued development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership experience in resort and wellness center management and operations.
• Passionate about eco-tourism and sustainable living.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the resort and wellness center.
• Lead and manage teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the resort’s goals.
• Monitor financial and operational performance to support business growth.
• Handle guest concerns and make effective decisions to resolve operational issues.
• Promote sustainable practices and support the resort’s eco-tourism initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of the property from 17 to 50–70 rooms and villas.
