Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of MEP systems and equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other technical issues.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
• Ensure all facilities and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding maintenance requirements.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
