Digital marketing executive

The One Boutique Villa & Spa Seminyak is looking for a digital marketing executive

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and commercially driven digital marketing professional with experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle brands, or similar industries. The ideal candidate should have strong digital marketing expertise, excellent English communication skills, and a hands-on approach to driving online visibility, engagement, and direct bookings.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within boutique luxury hotels, villas, resorts, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO/GEO, SEM, paid media, social media, content marketing, website optimisation, and direct booking strategies.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and digital performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of luxury branding, content creation, visual storytelling, and online reputation management.
• Creative, analytical, commercially driven, proactive, and hands-on.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and online presence.
• Manage SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and content marketing initiatives.
• Optimise the website and digital channels to improve traffic, engagement, and direct bookings.
• Monitor website performance, search visibility, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and coordinate engaging content aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Analyse digital performance data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Support online reputation management and maintain a strong digital brand image.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and implement strategies to improve commercial performance.
