D&A Syrowatka is looking for a reservation staff

We are seeking an organised and guest-oriented professional with experience in restaurant reservations, F&B, catering, or hospitality. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to manage reservation inquiries across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant reservations, catering, hospitality, or a similar position.
• Previous F&B and catering reservation experience is highly preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to handle telephone, WhatsApp, email, and online reservation inquiries.
• Good knowledge of reservation procedures, booking details, and guest follow-up.
• Organised and attentive to detail.
• Good English communication skills.
• Professional, friendly, and well-presented.

Responsibilities

• Handle restaurant and catering reservation inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
• Process and confirm reservations accurately according to guest requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date reservation records and booking details.
• Follow up with guests regarding reservations, confirmations, and special requests.
• Coordinate with the F&B, catering, and service teams regarding upcoming bookings.
• Communicate reservation details and special arrangements clearly to the relevant departments.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide accurate information about services and availability.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and other reservation-related requests professionally.
