Nunamkhalu Private Villas & Spa, a luxurious retreat featuring 41 villas each with private pools and rooftop areas, is seeking a Male Receptionist to join their team in Kuta. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work in a unique environment focused on lifestyle and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and requests in person, by phone, or email
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks
• Work shifts including weekends and public holidays to provide continuous service
• Assist in resolving guest complaints and issues promptly

Qualifications

• Male candidate preferred
• Willingness to work in Kutuh, South Kuta
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Capable of working shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, friendly demeanor
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain professionalism
• Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
