Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and team activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor housekeeping team performance.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on identified issues.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and coordinate stock requirements.
• Ensure proper implementation of hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
• Train and support team members to maintain consistent service standards.
