Kahayana Suites Ubud Bali is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounting professional to support the hotel’s financial operations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, relevant accounting experience, and a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with GuestPro System.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed, honest, and a good team player.
• Able to join immediately.
• Domiciled in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily accounting and financial activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Perform accounting entries, reconciliations, and routine financial checks.
• Monitor transactions and ensure financial data is recorded accurately.
• Assist with financial reporting and month-end closing processes.
• Ensure accounting procedures comply with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and accounting matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
