Bali Realty Holiday Villas Management, currently managing around 50 villas across Bali, is seeking a reliable and guest-focused Villa Supervisor to oversee daily villa operations and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years experience at the same position.
• Good English both oral & written.
• Guest Service oriented.
• Honest & Attention to detail.
• Good communication skill.
• Good team player.
• Able work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily villa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and other departments to maintain operational standards
• Monitor villa cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness according to company standards
• Ensure excellent guest service by handling guest requests, feedback, and operational issues professionally
• Lead, support, and motivate the operational team to achieve high performance
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards across all managed villas
• Prepare operational reports and assist management in improving service quality
