Qualifications

• 5+ years in kitchen, 2+ years as Head Chef.
• Mediterranean / Greek cuisine experience.
• Strong in charcoal grill & wood-fire.
• Food cost & kitchen operations knowledge.
• English.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage full kitchen operations.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and speed during service.
• Work hands-on and lead by example.
• Control food cost, inventory, and waste.
• Collaborate on menu development.
• Build and develop a strong kitchen team.
