• Good command of English and Mandarin both written and spoken
• Minimum 3 year experience in similar role and organization
• Demonstrated experience knowledge in the required disciplines
• Strong in Communication & Negotiation
• Open minded, well organized and result oriented
• Dynamic, inspiring, and innovative
• Willing to be placed in Bali
• Familiar with Power Pro Hotel System
