IT support engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure and verify that all computers are usable by users, connected to the network, and functioning normally as intended.
• Install and configure antivirus software to secure company computers
• Troubleshoot any hardware-related issues or network disruptions.
• Check and update any operating system updates and applications used by users.
• Ensure all CCTV cameras are functioning and do troubleshooting for any issues related to it.
• Ensure systems used by MCC (Radius, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Ramco) are accessible by the team and used a responsible manner.
• Coordinate with MCC global support teams as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to all responsibilities above.

Requirements

Education & Job Experience

• 1 Bachelor of Computer Education
• 2 Minimum Having 2-year Experience As IT

Skills and knowledge

General Skill

• Proficiency with Microsoft environments
• Basic English skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of programming language concepts

Specific Skill

• Practical understanding of computer networking principles and security.
• Practical understanding of the principles of switches, routers, and hubs
• Having capability to assemble and troubleshoot computer and server installations
• Troubleshooting Windows, Windows Server, MS Office and Azure
