Kahayana Suites Ubud is looking for a front office

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office candidate who can provide excellent guest service and support smooth daily operations. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply for an entry-level position.

Qualifications

• Female
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position. Fresh graduates may apply for an entry-level position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented with a warm and professional attitude.
• Familiarity with the Ubud area and local culture is an advantage.
• Bali domiciled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about the property, Ubud area, and local attractions.
• Handle reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with other Front Office duties as required.
