Bali Realty Holiday Villas is looking for a housekeeping staff

Bali Realty Holiday Villas, a management company currently managing around 50 villas across Bali, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to support our villa operations and maintain excellent guest service standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years experience at the same position.
• Good English both oral & written.
• Guest Service oriented.
• Honest & Attention to detail.
• Good communication skill.
• Good team player.
• Able work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards
• Prepare villas before guest arrivals and ensure they remain clean and well-maintained throughout the stay
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as required
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department
• Ensure housekeeping equipment and supplies are properly maintained and organized
• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to enhance the guest experience
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
