Santanera Bali is looking for a talented Pastry & Bakery Cook to create high-quality baked goods and desserts while maintaining exceptional culinary standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position at a restaurant or hotel
• Proven skills and knowledge relevant to pastry and bakery operations
• Good communication skills
• Trustworthy and a strong team player
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce pastries, breads, desserts, and bakery items according to company standards
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation are maintained
• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry and bakery section
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Monitor ingredient quality and assist with stock control
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to support smooth daily operations
